Family

For Emmie's Great Grandma's birthday we went to Austin to celebrate. Emmie is also 2 months old this week. As we were all dressed somewhat nice I figured it was a good time for a family picture.

Bath Time

Here's Emmie enjoying her bath. She likes to kick and splash in the water with her legs. She gets pretty upset when you wash her face and what little hair she has but other than that she likes bath time.

We had a tea for Emmie so all Granny Carol's friends could come see how cute I am! Thank you everyone for coming to my first tea party!

Swimming in February

The weather has been unusually nice for February so on one extra nice day we decided to heat the pool to take Emmie for her first swim. Although she didn’t love it she certainly didn’t hate it. And she looks extra cute in her little pink swim suit with matching hat and cover up!! We can’t wait for warmer weather so she can practice her swimming.

Pepper & Allie Watching Over Emmie

Although Pepper and Allie’s status has changed they are both doing well with Emmie’s arrival. Emmie is also doing good with them and doesn’t seem to mind Allie’s barking, she just sleeps through it. Allie is very protective of her and when we get home she makes sure that we brought Emmie back with us. I think Pepper might just be standing by to see if any food falls from her. Both Pep & Allie like licking up spilled formula.
